Accommodation

Most international students are uncertain of the exact date of their arrival in SA, due to fact that the process of applying for a study permit may take longer than anticipated, therefore we suggest that students reside in the Majella Hotel for the first month of their stay in SA, students can stay in alternative accommodation thereafter, from the 2^nd month onwards.
You then pay for a room at the Majella Hotel after you’ve received your study permit, this will ensure that you have a place to stay and that you will not loose money for a place that you’ve booked and paid for, and not occupied.  You can look for alternative accommodation after your arrival in SA. 

Option 1: Own hotel room – (Majella Hotel)
- R 3 800 per month
- Refundable deposit – R1000
- Breakfast and dinner included
- Fully furnished
- Serviced daily

Option 2:   Hotel room – 2 people sharing– (Majella Hotel)
- R 3000 per person  (R 6000 per month)
- Refundable deposit – R 1000
- Breakfast and dinner included
- Fully furnished
- Serviced daily

Option 3: Fully-furnished shared apartment, next to the school. – Pictures below
- R 2 200 per person per month
- Self catering –Meals not included
- Serviced twice a week
- Fully furnished
- Refundable deposit for keys, damages, one month’s notice, etc.  – R 2 200

- Reserved for AMBASSADOR student’s only, Subject to availability.
If you would like to reserve a place in an apartment; you have to pay for the accommodation before you arrive in SA. Accommodation is paid for a specific month, if you do not occupy the accommodation for the month you’ve paid for, you will forfeit that month’s rent paid.

They offer both long term and short term accommodation rates.  The hotel has a communal lounge, a dining area and Patio.
